Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Accessories and manuals must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.
